About Our School

Brass City Ballet is a nonprofit dance educational organization whose mission is to provide the art, technique, and joy of dance. Our Recreational Program offers year round enrollment for students ages 3 to adult in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, dance discovery, musical theater, yoga, and private voice lessons.  Our Pre-Professional Program offers a concentrated Certificate Ballet Program for students age 8 and up in classical ballet, pointe, variations, partnering, modern, and jazz.  Graduates of the Certificate Program have gone on to professional careers in dance companies and schools.  Apprenticeship-style study is available through our Performing Company.

At Brass City Ballet, our focus is on quality.  Our classes stress proper alignment, classroom etiquette, discipline, creativity, teamwork, and last, but not least, fun.  Our performances reflect classical and contemporary dance that is artistic, entertaining, and age-appropriate.
